Got an upgraded room from city view to ocean view for my birthday, special thanks to Mr. Ken Chiu. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staffs are super nice. Free shuttle to and from Airport and Tung Chung MTR Station. Location wise if you want to be near airport and Disneyland.

We had so much fun during our stay at Novotel. We love the complete amenities and accessibility to the mall. The staff are also very accommodating.

The hotel staffs are courteous, and good thing they have the best shuttle to the nearest MTR it really helped a lot on our daily itineraries. I hope thier shuttle could extend till 12 midnight. a highly recommended hotel if you plan to stay within Lantau Island, a quiet place away from the busy HK commercial district. For future guest don't forget to bring universal power adoptor because the hotel don't have USB Type C outlets to plug.

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Citygate Hong Kong! From the moment we arrived, the concierge team was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met swiftly and with a smile. Their fast action and genuine desire to help made our experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable stay!

The room is spacious and the view is wow! (see photo uploaded). The location of the hotel is 👍Hotel has free shuttle bus to/from Tung Chung MTR, next station is Sunnybay na for DL. Tung Chung MTR is short walk lang to citygate outlet. Convenient din cya kasy after mag DL, short ride lang den maka rest na sa hotel. Free shuttle bus is until 10:30pm pa. Free shuttle din to/from airport but d namin na avail kasi super early yong flight sked namin. bfast buffet is good. madaming choices din☺️ Meron 7/11 sa front. laundry service.

Love love this hotel! So clean, you can always request for drinking water. Location is very strategic. Will book this again.
