Good apps.. Easy to use. Everything is very fast. No need to wait long to confirm the purchase or booking. After payment is made, the confirmation email is received quickly. From now on I will continue to make purchases through klook.

in my opinion, i would go to the restaurant instead of the observation tower for foreigners, because you will get an afternoon tea buffet for $20 mry more (from 3pm-5pm) ($98)

the big breakfast portion is quite big. can be shared by 2 ppl. anyhow the coffee is great. their staffs is friendly and good hospitality. will come again

great buffet and nice selection of food. but was cheaper to book directly to Shangri-la but klook voucher redemption is so easy and noo booking needed to the restaurant.
