We had a great stay at Berjaya, and Raju from the housekeeping team really stood out. He was friendly and even took a moment to interact with our kids. His exceptional service left a lasting impression and added to our overall experience. It’s service like this that makes us want to return. the staffs are very accommodating. also the hotel is place near Jalan Alor food street and china town so it’s very convenient. The room is also very clean and most importantly it has built-in heater since it usually cold in the morning. will surely be back. thank you!

Hotel staff are approachable and welcoming. location is perfect for visitors to bukit bintang, albeit a bit dated.

love the hotel's location! the only downside was that we requested a king sized bed but were given two single beds which they combined when we arrived. it was clearly stated in our booking but when i printed out yhe confirmation, it's not there. but anyway we liked it. it's so close to everything, staff was nice, and I just couldn't get over the fact that basically everything is close to us. the best hotel for us!!

It is affordable but very nice. Few minutes away from tourist detinations. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Highly recommend it.
