Today's experience is perfect. The weather is great. The tour guide Xiaoyang is kind and takes good care of everyone. He also lets everyone choose lunch and helps buy it when everyone is visiting the zoo. He also keeps asking everyone if they want to take pictures and helps take pictures. We brought a 6-year-old baby, and Xiaoyang also took special care of him and accompanied him whenever he was free. Thank you very much

Biei Tour with Junpak! When I first saw him, I was surprised at how outgoing he was. 😆 But he talked a lot and listened to anything I asked, which made me realize that he was a kind person. And I ate Junpei shrimp tempura, and unlike Korean shrimp, the shrimp were plump and white, so it was so delicious. Unlike Sapporo, here, it was like a winter kingdom where the whole world was white, so it felt like I had come to another world. And the best part was that Junpak figured out where travelers would like to go and where they would like to make reservations, so he made all the reservations himself and sent a ton of places to go. After going here, even a capital P person who has practically settled down in nothing can finish their trip to Sapporo because they planned it in such detail. It was so, so fun, and although Mr. Jeon Park was a bit burdensome at first, he showed us his human side and was so, so kind that I made such good memories (+ He takes really good pictures. I was hesitant because he said he took the best pictures on Indigo Tour, but I was so satisfied when I saw the results. It was so comfortable because he took all the pictures himself and I didn't have to do anything. ㅎㅎ) Thank you for making this a memorable trip!!

The tour guide is very polite and attentive, the process is very smooth, and the time is arranged very well. The snowmobile is very fun and safe, and the zoo is also worth a visit.

There are many wonderful things in this trip. The meeting point is convenient, the itinerary is compact, and the attractions are arranged reasonably. I really enjoyed this trip, definitely worth the money. Although we wasn’t able to go to Ningle Terrace 🥲 because of the heavy snow, am still thankful that we had a safe trip coming back to Sapporo despite of the slippery road (kudos to the driver 🙌🏻).Also, thank you very much to Ms. Tracy, our tour guide, she’s very energetic, helpful (she voluntarily took photos during our snowmobiling session & offered to buy us lunch, how thoughtful 🥰) & soooo pretty. 💖
