Pick up from hotel was on time, this is not a tour but an arranged driver with agreed sights for drop off and pick up. But limited to approx 8 pax so it is somewhat customised. Long day to cover sights and can be dropped off anywhere at end of day.

Everyone spare more times for this venue, I would suggest 2 hours for better experience. Our tour guide only gave us 1 hour which was not enough to visit all the spots.

Very easy to use, you just have to show the QR code from the Taiwan Funpass to the staff at the entrance. No need to line up. The audio guide was also great since you can roam around at your own pace while using the guide.

The water is hot enough and there is a big bed where you can rest and relax after taking a bath. The seabed hot spring tastes salty if you accidentally drink it, and the wounds on your body are a bit prickly.
