Both email correspondence and customer service were polite. The closing time of the front desk varies depending on the website, so you should be careful about the flight arrival time. (As of October 18, 2024, the front desk closed at 1:30am.) It was conveniently located close to Seoul Station from Exits 3, 4, 6, and 7. Exit 7 is the closest, but the passageway of Exits 6 and 7 is a bit scary at night, so I recommend exiting from Exits 3 and 4.

Good location. Walking distance from train station and Myeongdong street market. Smooth and fast check-in process. Clean room and bath. Perfect hotel

The location is perfect, it is located near shops and restaurants that you can explore. The room is spacious if you are travelling with friends or family.

The room is clean and the air-conditioning is very comfortable. The best thing is that there is a luggage scale in the lobby, which is accurate! It’s convenient to check if you are overweight 😂 The hotel is about a few minutes away from the MRT. There are also many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.

Great location with lots of restaurants which open until midnight. Train station is only few mins walk away. Room was really spacious & comfy.

We had a great stay! Even though the staff doesn't know English well, they cleaned our room and gave us clean towels everyday.
