A very comfortable environment and very close to the shopping mall. The disadvantage is that the elevators are very crowded during busy hours. I hope this can be improved..

great location, walking distance to TRX and Pavilion. There is a 24hr eatery just across the hotel.

Clean and good atmosphere. Location was good. Only when peak hour the area will slightly jam. Quick checked in and checked out.

nice experience for the price. bought standard room but got free upgrade to loft room. also got complimentary cookies which is as delicious as fam amos. the price is also included the breakfast which is just okay with me but the breakfast was less variety. the room is comfortable and clean. the view was superb. but my aircond was slow a bit.

👍 beautiful hotel, beautiful room, good service, accessible kedai kopi outside hotel, able to control aircon temperature, only hotel i know that provides hand soap! 👎 mosquito, limited breakfast options but delicious though & small pool but beautiful aesthetically.

there's nothing to complaint. friendly staff, fast and easy check in, they even make up my room. would definitely stay here for my next visit!

repeated stay at this hotel due to excellent location. minutes walk to pavilion. overall hotel and room very clean. View from gym and pool are spectacular as always.
