Kennin-ji Temple photography

The experience was adorable for us! It's a something to do in Japan, wherever you choose to wear a kimono. My husband and I got to walk around Odori Park and Miyoshi Shrine, since they're just walking distance from the rental shop. The staff were also super friendly and accommodating to us before and after the rental service.

Really enjoyed the session. The changing was efficient and professional. Even with basic package for ladies, there are good designs and basic hairstyling. The costumes can be worn till 5pm each day. Luggage storage provided and you can choose a small bag to match with the costume. Good value and fun walking around in costumes.

The store is pretty easy to find, their hospitality and service is phenomenal esp i'm pregnant. Very gentle when they put my kimono on. They actually settled everything for me. The clothes are very beautiful. The staff are very enthusiastic and patient. There are staff who can speak Chinese. Communication is barrier-free. The teacher who dresses is very professional and careful. ❤️❤️❤️ I will come again if I have the chance.

We love the place, it's quite central, we got off the bus and walked a few steps, we were already in the boutique, the people are very friendly and they have a HUGE VARIETY to choose from, from bags, hair accessories, kimonos and kimono accessories.

The store is conveniently located at the city centre. we arrived at the booking time and welcomed by the very helpful staffs. there’s plenty of kimono options to choose from! Kimono is clean and new. The staffs will help you wear it in proper Japanese way. Also complimentary hair styling for ladies. The Shrine is only 15 min walk away so that’s a major bonus! Rental time until 6pm is defo enough for a fun experience.

staff are very helpful and very friendly. there are a lot of color and variety for us to choose the outfit from. overall we really love the experience and will definitely to our friends about it when they visit Tokyo

Accommodating and skilled staff who assisted my 88 year old grandmother. Ryusou attires are different from Kimono. Providing flexibility of both studio and outdoor shoot isn't widely availabile even in Tokyo or Kyoto. A fruitful experience.
