HDV HIEP was a very good guide and very kind. I was very satisfied with the service. There is an element of choosing between bamboo boat and kayak, and I recommend kayak as it is a more meaningful and fun activity!

Halong bay is a must go trip for Hanoi! The view is absolutely magnificent and you are able to see the view that hard to find in your home country! although the bus is slightly late due to the traffic condition while our tour guide still mange to pick us smoothly and take care of us the whole trip and I feel pretty happy for it l!

In general, the whole trip was fine. At meal times they give a lot of food with different types of dishes. You can't bring plastic bottles. At lunch time there is if you want to have a drink you have to buy it at the bar, you can't bring your own drinks or water bottles. You can drink water in your cabin and they have a water dispenser on the second floor. You can fill your jug and take it to your room and drink water there, which is pretty good. The room is very clean and very spacious. The guide Alex is very friendly and always ready to help. If you go kayaking it is best to wear a bathing suit and slippers as your legs will end up very wet. If you go in winter in the month of January, as in my case it is not worth paying for the pool cruise, as it is very cold outside, around 18 degrees with a maximum of 20 degrees.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional.

Highly recommended tour with one of the best cruises in Halong Bay. Our guide Hung was great too. Amazing experience.
