Had private designated driver only for us. Apparently not the same person who Whatsapp us. Brought us to the farm around half an hour through the busy n scary traffic on a Friday from Maya lifestyles shopping mall since our hotel is out of the pick up zone. Thank goodness that the mall is only 850m from our hotel. Driver Pond was on time and seem to know well his way around the city and the journey to the farm in the mountain. The only downside is that Pond doesn't speak English well, a young Thai that speaks Chinese while we don't speak Chinese well lol. So there is a communication barrier that caused most of the trip so quiet as we ourselves don't talk much (again lol). But he was kind enough to drop us off to our next klook activity nearby the market so thank you Pond! Sorry we forgot to give you tips since it wasn't a custom from where we are from but are we supposed to give??? Anyway, the experience in the elefin farm n cafe was good. We were the first to arrive (before 10am). The cafe and the elephant feeding session only start at 10am. The elephants are so big that it was scary lol. The trunk was so long like snake that it nearly reached our banana n sugarcane baskets 😂 they can't wait to be fed. We were given 100 baht each to drink in the cafe. Drinks are around that amount and if you wanted to eat something just add your own money. At 11am we went down to the Muang Mai wet market in the Old city (the square moat around) to spend 30 minutes there. Actually we were not interested in buying any fruits, vege, meat n fish so we just walk around and within a few minutes we were back at the car without buying anything lol. Then Pond sent us to our costume rental place within the old city area instead of Maya shopping mall. Thank you Pond for driving safely and to both Pond and the Whatsapp person for the experience. So, recommended guys! 👍

The driver arrived 20 minutes before the appointment time because I went down early to buy breakfast so I saw him there. Although I booked a 3-seater car, the car was quite new and spacious. The driver was quite nice and very supportive even though we chose many destinations.

I was able to get my hands on some of the Hmong people's home-grown coffee beans, which I had always wanted, and enjoy some delicious coffee at a Japanese style cafe. It was the happiest time ever! Our guide, Miu-Miu, was also a wonderful woman who drove safely and took us to a cafe that was perfect for Instagram, which I was really impressed with!

When we arrived at the airport, Mr Nook was already waiting for us. The ride was spacious and comfortable. He was also very accommodating when we wanted to make some ad hoc stops.

The driver, Mr Run came on time, car was clean and comfortable. He was very accommodating of our itinerary changes at the last minute. Also, while we were visiting Ying Yong and Maeping river cruise, he helped to communicate with the staff there to ease the language barrier which was very much appreciated.
