Love this hotel. Room is spacious, clean, and tidy with a minimalist design. Toilet has bidet and provide slippers. For muslim guests, there is direction of kiblat located in the drawer. Bed is super comfortable. The only issue I had was that the TV had limited channels. Did not even get Ch5 and CNA. Bus stop is located near the hotel for easy access to main attractions around the area. Sheng Siong and Value shop are within walking distance from the hotel.

the location is so convenient if you're going to universal studio. they provide complimentary mini bar and the staff are very welcoming. they even gave my sons merlion lollipops that light up and octopus keychains. they even provided a birthday greeting, a cake and chocolate. the staff where we eat the buffet breakfast even surprise me with a dessert with candle. they are so thoughtful and good with kids.

Good accommodation experience, the room is very spacious and the bathroom is clean and sanitary. The price-performance ratio is relatively high. However, an extra mattress costs 120SGD.

Very good accommodation, opposite Vivo City Sentosa. After sightseeing, you can check in to the accommodation immediately. The room view is beautiful. Next time, I will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a long day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options, from local delights to international favorites. Service: The service at Mercure ICON was impeccable. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist with recommendations or inquiries. Their attention to detail truly enhanced my stay.
