Hotels near Hoan Kiem Lake

This is the perfect place to stay in Hà Nội when you want to visit nearby landmarks within Old Quarter. The hotel receptionist made me feel welcome at the hotel. She help me to carry the luggagese up to 4th floor. I hope soon that I can go back to Hà Nội. The place is really perfect.

They couldn't arrange a double bed for us. But they were also very nice and gave us some extra little gifts. They are friendly and professional. I will definitely choose them next time I come back

Stayed at Sapphire Twin Old Quarter View for one night. The room was clean, the food was delicious, and the location was convenient and easy to find.

The cleaning staff kid is kind, even though he struggles with English, but we liked him. Thank you for taking care of us during our stay.

room is 5/5. customer service is 5/5. hotel location is near to all tourist attraction 5/5. BUTTTT there is no elevator so you need to take the stairs up to fifth floor.

I stayed in 4 hotels in Hanoi and this was my favorite! The rooms are clean with decent space, the air con worked well, plus hot & cold shower. There’s also an elevator on both ends of the hotel. The breakfast option was amazing!!! The staff were all accommodating as well, especially the hotel manager. Will definitely stay here again.
