our guide, prince william, was very nice and entertaining. drive there took 2.5h and we were very lucky to see mount kk loud and proud. had to pay extra 30 ringgit each to see rafflesia (but full refund if you don’t get to see it eg if it’s not in bloom). lunch was part of the package - Ayam penyet, simply delicious. the flowers at the farm was nice, ice cream was alright, doesn’t really live up to the type, rmb to bring your own money to purchase the ice cream. hot spring was ok, quite dirty so only recommended to dip maximum just ur feet (we just skipped it altogether). I liked the canopy walk but it was full of young kids on school/field trips hence was super crowded and we didn’t get to enjoy it properly. pls bring insect repellent for the hike haha. overall nice experience but slightly pricey

Lucas is a great guide. He is friendly and always eager to entertain us. He has excellent driving skills, is comfortable even on mountain roads, and drives efficiently so that travel time is not wasted. He was flexible in responding to our requests for the course. A lookout point overlooking the majestic Mount Kinabalu. Desa Farm overlooks Mount Kinabalu with a wide, open atmosphere (as other reviews have said, the farm itself is not a particularly noteworthy experience, but the view is great. The ice cream is also delicious). At Poring Hot Springs, we enjoyed about an hour of trekking, including a canopy walk, and beautiful waterfalls. We were also lucky to find three botanical gardens where Rafflesia was blooming, and Lucas told us the number and size of the Rafflesia at each location, and whether they were just blooming or dying, so we were able to see two fresh, perfectly sized Rafflesia. Finally, we had some time left, so we stopped by the Fish Park. The experience of seeing fish as big as carp swarming around our feet was both fun and scary, and it became a good memory that all of my friends screamed and enjoyed themselves. [Note] The price does not include entrance fees to various tourist spots or lunch, so please make sure you have a flexible budget. (Per person) We spent RM60 for the nature park with Poring Hot Springs and the canopy walk, RM30 for the Rafflesia Botanical Garden, RM10 for the fish park, RM15 for lunch at a local restaurant, and RM6.5 for ice cream, although admission to Desa Farm is free. Of course, you should give a generous tip to your wonderful guide. [Note 2] After applying, your reservation will be confirmed immediately, but the official schedule will be sent to you the day before the tour. Don't worry and wait for a response. Our tour started at 7:30. If you are staying at a hotel in the suburbs, the start time may be earlier or later.

The guide is very informative and helpful. We changed our itinerary to skip Pekan Nabalu & Jambatan Tamparuli. My mother is almost 70, so we can't walk/visit to too many places due to her health but the guide is uderstanding enough to change the itinerary to accomodate us. We went to Desa Dairy Farm then we went to have lunch at Hooga Cafe per my request and end the trip at Filipin Market for shopping. The transportation is clean and comfortable. The guide was on time to arrive at our hotel at 7.30am as scheduled and we were back by 3pm. We feel safe, comfortable and relaxed through out the journey. Definitely recommended.

Our driver Mr. Lim was good. we enjoyed our time seeing views of Mount Kinabalu and the cows and goats at Desa Farm.

Tour guide Carson is very nice. He introduced the local customs and answered questions. Mount Kinabalu and the dairy farm are both very beautiful and great for taking photos!

Our tour guide Mr Handsome Jeff was very courteous and accommodative. We were lucky as our family were the only ones in the tour, so it became a private tour! He kept us very entertained with his stories of Sabah and its history. He also adjusted the timing as necessary in order for us to get the best view of Mount Kinabalu. The itinerary was relaxing but nice. I've always wanted to visit the "New Zealand" of Malaysia. No regrets.

It was a very happy day. The ice cream at the ranch was delicious. We were lucky enough to see Mount Kinabalu. The driver was also very responsible and took us all the way.

The canopy is very good for hiking. Mr guide is very friendly and helpful. He explained about the mountain, people and how to reach to the peak of Kinabalu. We not have a chance to hike around the park due to heavy rain but Kinabalu museum give some good information.
