They always clean the room everyday and place new tissues in the room. The place is also 5-8 minutes near the station.

highly recommended. hotel is clean, customer service helpdesk is friendly and efficient and most importantly the JORDAN MTR is nearby, only 3 minutes walk away. And there is a convenience store nearby! The room is really spacious which i love it! will definitely book this accoms again if i visit hongkong in future:)

The location is convenient, very close to the subway station! There is Temple Street Beef Offal nearby, which is famous for its claypot rice. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Mong Kok!

My stay at the Kimberly Hotel was mostly enjoyable, with a few minor issues that could be easily addressed.
**Pros:**
1. **Cleanliness:** The room was spotless upon arrival, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay.
2. **Staff:** The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome.
3. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and public transport.
5. **Value for Money:** Overall, I felt I got good value for the price I paid.
**Cons:**
1. **Noise:** I could hear some street noise at night, which made it a bit difficult to sleep.
2. **Service Delays:** There was a long wait during check-in, which was frustrating after a long journey.
Despite the minor hiccups, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend Kimberly Hotel to others. I would consider returning in the future.
