Transfer was very good, he was welcoming and accommodating. The Zoo was amazing! so many animals and attractions.

Widiana and Rantini We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and the black lava! Our driver had great photography skills and we were able to take lots of great photos!

I went with my child who is almost 2 years old. He was happy to be able to feed the birds, feed fish to the pelicans, and take pictures with the birds. There are also regular bird shows which we enjoyed. I think the tickets are expensive, but it's a tourist spot so I guess that's unavoidable.

Our guide is Bongus! We had a tight schedule because of the next schedule, but he adjusted it appropriately and refined the course. Thanks to him, I think we were able to travel around for an appropriate amount of time. Batuan Temple > Elephant Cave > Coffee Tasting Experience, from 9:00 to 14:20! We originally wanted to go to the rice terraces, but he advised us that the return time would not be as we wanted due to traffic, so we organized it like this, and it was an appropriate sightseeing and tour! And I was very satisfied with the pictures taken by Goose in Batuan. I felt good because he took pictures of me prettier than my husband.

It was nice that the staff followed us around like a guide and explained things well. There were experiences where we could touch and feed crocodiles, so my child loved it :) I want to come again next time I have the chance!!
