The location is only a 3-minute walk from the Sanduo Business District Station. It is recommended to take the Yuanbai Exit to the hotel (the road conditions are better recently). It’s a spacious & clean room with a superb harbour view as advertised. Though the 85 Sky Tower is now half closed, it doesn’t affect this accomodation. Will need to find your own parking as the basement parking is currently closed. There are a few eateries nearby, as well as a supermarket. Plenty of convenience stores too, one 7-11 right at level 12 of the building. There are police stationed at level 12 too.

The room is simple and clean. I stayed in a double room on the first floor but it was not too noisy.
