There was no designated time, so we could go whenever we wanted. We were able to enter quickly and saved the trouble of looking for the ticket booth and buying tickets, which was great. It was a Sunday, but it was quiet at night, and they let us ride in a 28-seater gondola in groups of about eight people. If you go to Singapore, this is a recommended spot.

wonderful experience. easy to redeem my electronic ticket. highly recommended to buy on Klook as it was extremely crowded that day.

the space is good enough for my child to play for 2 hours. he has fun at the cooking area! would hope the place can be more neat and cleaner because you can see some parts of the play area is old

Super easy to redeem. The place has a good mix of physical play zones (ball pit, "sand" pit, slides), rides (train ride), imaginative play (e.g. pretend play at a grocery store complete with toy food) and even video games for older kids (have to pay for these). this is one of the bigger Kiztopia outlets and very worthwhile as the child's ticket includes admission for 1 adult!

we were able to walk in without getting a physical ticket. so no queueing needed, saved us a lot of time. Riding the flyer was spectacular!
