Plus, the hotel is just a 230-meter walk from Exit B of Conlay Station on the PYL metro line—so convenient! It's also an 11-minute walk to KLCC Park and just a 7-minute walk to Pavilion .

The service is very attentive. When you check in, someone will guide you to check in at your seat. When you get off the bus, someone will help you open the door and take out your luggage. The service staff will even say welcome back. The meals with room service are also reasonably priced and delicious! This five-night stay felt like a vacation. I will choose the same hotel again when I go to Kuala Lumpur for vacation in October!

There was a welcome drink at check in. The room was very clean and comfortable. They also accommodated late check out.

Comfortable room. Breakfast time can be until 12:00 noon. But the food may not be so hot. Still very grateful. There is a floor with a children's slide and swimming space. I will stay here again if I have a chance😃

This is our second time been here and its always a cosy n kids friendly hotel. We really enjoy the verity of food choices during breakfast. And most important the hotel location is near to every hot spots in KL.
