The spa is very spacious. There is also a paid massage service. If you like it, you can try it. The rest area is quite large, and many people are sleeping and relaxing.

I enjoyed my facial a lot. The staff are friendly and professional and no hard selling. My blackheads were removed with no pain at all… not sure what machine they use. Overall, I recommend this shop. Hard to find though, so posting some directions: 1. Alight at Euljiro Station. Exit via 6. 3. Walk straight along Namdaemun-ro, you should see Lotte Department Store on the right 4. Once you pass Apple Store (left), turn left into Myeongdong 7ga-Gil 5. Walk straight until you see Olive Young (right) 6. After a long flight, it felt so good to be pampered and massaged. My mother and I enjoyed it very much!

Special care 120 minutes I was satisfied with the content. The massage on the back of my upper body was very comfortable and a little painful, but I felt refreshed. (They asked me how strong it was.) The facial was also comfortable and my skin was smooth the next morning. I will visit again. The shop is renovated and seems to be closed around summer. I received an email 3 days before saying that the reservation date was fully booked, and then I received a voucher for a date that should not have been confirmed the next day, and when I checked it, it was confirmed as my second choice, so I had to rush to change my plans the day before. Please improve the management of reservations so that the date can be confirmed quickly.

Getting to the spa was a bit of a walk from the nearest subway, so do consider that. The place itself was amazing. We took the Brightening facial and the whole experience was lovely. We left the place feeling very pretty. Our therapists explained with care each product that was used so that was nice. At the end we were served drinks and given an opportunity to browse through their products. One of a kind experience, did not regret this at all! Recommended 👍🏻

the entrance is just under the Bahn Pho sign on the 4th floor. both the consultant and therapist are friendly and professional making the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. i have psoriasis and the before pictures of the scalp horrified me. however, I was very happy with the immediate improvement of the scalp after the treatment. the consultant even took time to search and recommend a shampoo which I’ve been using since. I’m a very happy customer and I will definitely visit again. Thank you.
