I stayed in the Annex room during our visit. Everyone all loved the place, the room, onsent and the location of this Ryokan. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a traditional Ryokan. The view is great and it is very quiet and peaceful. There's also a hiking trail across that you can take a short hike to a waterfall. I would definitely recommend it.

the hotel is on top of the mountain, it was a kind of difficult walking up the hill with luggages , the hotel do offer free shuttle services. , beside that, we love the hotel environment and the friendly staff. their dinner and breakfast are very beautiful and appetizing. it was a fun experience wearing yukata inside the hotel. there are many restaurants and snack stalls by the train station.

This was my favourite stay of our entire trip to Japan, and I'm so glad I booked it through Klook. If you are going ahead of time, do your research, look up their phone number online, and give them a call. You can arrive at any time because the check-in is open 24 hours a day. The cost is well worth it to splurge and enjoy yourself. They have a garden on site with lights at night. They have vending machines. There is a breakfast buffet and dinner included, depending on which room you choose. Just amazing stuff. They were all around friendly and allowed us to take photos everywhere. They took photos with and without us.

The hotel is in a great location, right at Hakone Yumoto Station, and you can store your luggage. The breakfast is good, the ice cream is delicious, the ordinary rooms are small, and the public hot spring pool is clean
