Tunghai Night Market tours

We enjoyed this day tour to Taichung where we get to see a glimpse of central Taiwan. Our guide, Mr. David Harn fascinated us with stories of his travel adventures and gave us useful information about Taiwan. We even stopped at Chun Sui Tang - considered birthplace of boba milk tea. Kudos! 👍

My husband, my mum, and I attended this tour together. Our tour guide was Shine. My husband and I are long-time residents of Taichung and had never heard of the history of Nantun District before, which is what made us interested in this tour. Shine did an amazing job explaining about and showing us the little tidbits of architectural and cultural history that still remain in the area. Our favorite part was comparing old photos to the exisitng streets to see what’s changed and what’s still there today, and also the blacksmith’s forge. We’ll definitely be coming back to buy some gardening tools! I personally also really loved the jute tea. We thought the desserts from 林金生香 WISH LIN 百年糕餅店 were beautiful and bought some cakes from them after the tour to enjoy later with tea.

This is one of our most valuable experience trip we ever have before. The pleasure is totally out our imagination. It is an education and an observation of beauty, knowledge, with fun, and PEACE of mind. Especially our tour guide Miss Evelyn Lin from MyProGuide, she is such wonderful person. Speaking fluent English and standard mandarin, very rich knowledge in geography, history, culture and local famous food. She is sweet, and has sense of humor. It really added a possess to our trip. She takes care everyone and everything in detail, acting herself likes your families. I will hope they arrange more time for YehLiu and Shifen station. Too many ppl queueing for YehLiu queenhead taking photo and tour guide only gave us 1 hour to visit. In Shifen, the store tour guide pick for us is slightly more expensive on the souvenirs. Go check on others shop for souvenirs. Also time was too short in Shifen station. For waterfall and JiuFen, the time given was enough.

Our first time in Taiwan and this was our first tour and we had a great time. We were able to go to all 4 destinations despite the rain. May, our Tour Guide, always checks on us and makes sure we are ok, safe and complete. She is also knowledgeable about the places we visited. Excellent Job, May! Thank you

Alishan is a Top Tier Beauty and Vibe! We had so much fun exploring the place. I didn't get any motion sickness along the way because we had a Tour Guide who drives very safely. He is a very organized, friendly and knowledgeable Guide - His name was Guoen! Thank you, Guoen!

Our tour guides were Susie and Wallis. This was one of the best experiences I had in Taiwan. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I would love to keep them as my own friends! The entire tour was very much a lovely one.
