A fantastic experience that we cannot recommend enough! Our guide, Didik, was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He even brought us to the Luwak Coffee plantation as we were ahead of schedule. When faced with heavy traffic, he was extremely patient and kept his jovial attitude. We were all made very comfortable thanks to him. We enjoyed the Jatiluwih rice terraces the most as it was so scenic and beautiful.

Our driver was Alberth he’s very accommodating during our tour. He's also amazing as a photographer and videographer! Highly recommended. We're very thankful for him as we were able to get to lempuyang temple early as our first tour. Lunch was also great he took us to a waroeng dyoni that has reasonable price with a very nice view. Really enjoyed the tour and still relaxed during transfers. Till next trip to Bali! :)

The guide was kind and provided good explanations. It was even better because he was an experienced and respectful person. All the travel destinations were great. We visited several beaches, and among them, Padang Padang Beach stood out for its natural and serene atmosphere—it was my favorite. At each beach, we were given about an hour of free time to walk around or take photos. If you bring a swimsuit and are quick on your feet, you could even enjoy swimming. However, you might need to skip a beach like Pandawa Beach to fit it in. The dinner at Jimbaran Beach at the end was truly delicious and romantic. The food portions were generous, so there was no need to order extra. Although it was a tiring last day, they made sure to drop us off at the airport, allowing us to spend a fully packed and fulfilling day.

The agency will contact you and arrange the pick up time and the driver is punctual in picking us up for the trip. Wayan and Kadek are our assign guide for the trip to Mount Agung. They are very professional and well versed in the route. They took safety as first priority and ensure the safety of the hike. We have a memorable hiking experience to Mount Agung. Mount Agung is a challenging route. Need to be physically and mentally prepare for the hike. We took close to seven hours to reach the summit and 5 hours to reach back the starting point.

It was no question that each place had been really great. But, I would like to commend my guide, Justin. He was really nice, talkative, and knowledgeable about everything I asked. He's also a really safe but fast driver. Also, he takes great pictures. If you happen to go to Bali, I highly recommend going on this tour.

Do not hesitate to book this package tour! I got TuGus and he has been very friendly and that made me feel really comfortable as a solo female traveller. I wasnt feeling well on the first day but TuGus and his helpful team managed to reschedule to the day after and also adjusted the itinerary based on what i prefer doing and i really did appreciate that. TuGus also brought me to the best places to eat and my Bali trip wouldnt be the same or complete without this Tour! it was a very nice tour and despite the Balinese traffic it was worth it! we saw some beautiful musts! We also recommend our driver Gede Soma♥️ he was super kind, very helpful and stood in line to buy the tickets for us. He is a wonderful person! Thank you

TARISA was our driver and she was amazing, we went to the waterfall, community village, bamboo forest and silver jewelers in Ubud. She replaced coffee plantation with silver jewels to make a great new experience for us since we already been to coffee plantation. She also took gorgeous pictures and videos from us and was very patient. Highly recommend her. 5/5.
