How can I get in touch with Klook's customer support?

Here's how you can get in touch with Klook's customer support:

Bookings

  1. Go to Bookings
  2. Select one of the bookings
  3. Click "Chat with Klook"

    Help center
  4. Go to Klook help center
  5. Select the chat icon on the bottom right

    For existing bookings that need any changes, please include the following information:
  • Your full name (as stated in your booking)
  • Your booking reference ID (e.g. ABC123456)
  • Package name
  • Details of the request
