Beautiful place to visit when you're in Singapore. There's two entrato this place. The Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Witness multiple variations of flowers in the dome under controlled temperature conditions and waterfalls and history in the forest. The customer service were helpful as well when we lost our way around for a bit. There's a mini food store there too in case you're looking for a bite.

Headed USS on a PH, and the queue for Transformer and Mummy ride waiting time was approximately around 50mins to 1hours30mins. Redeemed our Set Meal in USS at Goldilocks, it came with two piece chicken (with a choice of either garlic or tom yum) set with a drink. We also redeemed snacks in USS, hot amd freshly baked nuggets. Had also redeemed our Carnival Game play at Transform Supply Vault Store(next to transformed ride) and had two game at the booth nearby outside. Unfortunately, it rained on the day that we went. However, we had lots of fun after the rain, during the last 30mins of closing time. There were lesser queue for the rides for Puss in Boots ride, enchanted airway and Jurrasic Park Rapids Adventure after the rain stopped. Headed to S.E.A Aquarium the next day. We went in the late afternoon around 3pm, the queue seems long, but was moving quite fast. And, we are in S.E.A Aquarium the next moment. If possible, try to head there earlier, would have more time to slowly enjoy. The SEA Aquarium closes at 5pm. Overall, it was quite enjoyable and pretty nice experience to revisit both attractions in Singapore with our SRV. Good deal, as apart from the two entrance ticket to USS and S.E.A Aquarium, the deal comes with a set meal and snacks as well as 2 carnival game play. :)

I have tried staying in a few of the 5 stars hotel in Singapore and so far this is the best. This hotel is clean and the room is spacious. The staff is polite and responsive to our needs. Even for the food, there is a good spread in the breakfast menu. We tried a few dishes and all taste great. Mr Jimmy from the Concierge surprised us with a can of cookies and a personal note at our door step. Mr James from the breakfast restaurant chat with us and made us feel at home. All these nice gestures from the staff made our stay a pleasant and memorable one. Thank you. 😊

Our stay at Caroline Astor Suite was perfect. Everyone was so welcoming and their service was so prompt. It was the school holidays so you can imagine how busy it was running at full house yet you could see everyone including the manager pitching in to make checking-in smooth. Another example of wonderful service was when we requested for bubble bath to be drawn at 11.30pm and our dearest butler came on the dot, not a second early or late. Afternoon Tea and In-room dining for our dinner was good and we loved that breakfast was sent to the room. Guests just had to fill up a form and hang it outside your door before 3am. It saved us the hassle to dress up just to have breakfast. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and one of the best sleep I had in a long time. The view from the 18th floor was magnificent as we saw a different side of Singapore (Botanic Gardens) from above and the location was relatively good as we were minutes away from Orchard Rd. All in all a wonderful stay. We would definitely return. Thank you St Regis.

A friend recommended this experience to us and we instantly got attracted to it as we had never had a yacht experience before. Roger was our guide for the day and he was extremely entertaining, passionate and friendly throughout our tour. We were also very lucky in a sense that only my family was in the tour on the day so we essentially had the whole yacht to ourselves! It also allowed Roger to completely focus on our experience and he shared so many new and interesting things about the southern islands as well as it's history. He was also constantly making sure we had the best photos to keep as remembrance for the trip and as many others had also experienced even went to the extent of laying on the floor to take jump shots for us! Additionally, Roger also helped to collate all our photos and created a video collage for us as well! A huge shoutout to Roger for going above and beyond during the trip and letting my parents and us enjoy the trip so much! We would highly recommend anyone to take this tour and hopefully you get Roger as your guide too! Rest assured though as even if it's not Roger he has shared that his colleagues are also awesome and looking at all the reviews on this platform certainly ascertains that point. Do remember to bring sunblock as it may get quite hot and mosquito repellant as well as the island does have quite a few of them, but it wasn't unpleasant as the island and the beach were beautiful and full of wonderful natural views. Remember to stretch your dollar by using the Singapore Rediscover Vouchers if you haven't used them yet to make this an even more valuable deal! Once again, my family and I would like to thank Roger for his exemplary service and making the trip such an unforgettable experience! Thank you Roger!

The tour guide has a very deep understanding of this place. I kept explaining the history of this place, the origin of the place name, and the characteristics of the building along the way. It really opened my eyes. As a Singaporean, I never knew that this place has so many different cultures and so many specialties. During the three-hour journey, while listening and watching, I forget fatigue. This itinerary is well planned, great!
