The location is very convenient and the hotel is very new. There is also a foot bath that can be reserved. It is very comfortable. I will definitely stay there next time if I have a chance.

It's really great. It's very clean inside. If you want two big suitcases, you can't spread them out... but I think the organization is great. There's also free breakfast.

Conveniently located just across the JR Shinagawa station. This location provides easy and fast transportation to both Narita and Haneda Airports via the KK line. Also easy direct transportation to various Tokyo towns eg. Shibuya, Shinjuke, Ginza, Harajuku without needing to change platforms. Rooms size is decent and much bigger than normal albeit a little pricier than some but for easy access to transport and space to open luggage, it would create a peace of mind. 7-11 is nearby, supermarket Is located 5mins walk away. Overall recommended hotel and food access is aplenty within the hotel and around the train station.

I would absolutely stay here again. my friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was truly amazing for a budget hotel. its manga themed which is super cute. we booked a twin non-smoking room. they let you choose your room at the self-check-in (which the staff help you with anyways) and I asked the staff who was helping us which room he recommends and BOY DID HE DELIVER. He chose port side for us and the view just kept blowing me away. PROS: clean, under bed storage, mini "fridge" (it's a cooler but it got pretty cold for keeping drinks and small snacks), ample outlets, roomy stand up shower, self locking bathroom door, small room but normal by Japanese hotel standards and designed well, the twin beds are on a wall to wall platform and separated which I like since sharing a double bed can be a pain, the view was incredible, location very proximal to night life and a train station is just down the block, they provide a folding table and chair which was a nice touch for a compact space, Family Mart attached right at the bottom of the hotel which was really great CONS: truly none. Really clean hotel, friendly staff, good coffee, great location! They don't personally help you with luggage transfers but kindly directed us to the Family Mart that is attached who do work with transfer companies (highly recommended luggage transfer)

Very good location, very close to public transportation. Next door is a large shopping mall. The rooms are larger than those in the city. The equipment is very new and the staff service is very good. I will visit again next time

The environment of the room is very comfortable, and there is an izakaya downstairs, a supermarket and a 24-hour restaurant opposite, so there is no need to worry about food. There is a bus stop directly at the door, and even taking the subway only takes 2-3 minutes, which is very convenient. It's a pity for people who smoke. There are only smoking rooms where you can smoke, and there are almost no smoking rooms nearby where you can smoke. ps. The night counter is very beautiful

Loved this hotel, so clean, staff friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and were able to store our bags in lockers inside the hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable with a lovely view. Position was central and very close to the station as we needed to take the Shinkansen at 6am next morning. Would recommend this hotel.
