The tour was great. We were able to see 6 attractions. Adequate time for each place. Due to going downhill from the mountain, the bus driver hit the breaks often and smoke started to form from the tires burning. Our guide Daicy was very calm and collected. We safely arrived to the destination and continued the tour on schedule. Daicy was very informative and we enjoyed our tour.

Had this Eastern tour with Jessica as tour guide. Communication 1 day prior to pick up is very clear. bus arrived on time. jessica is on top of things. Tour- Check weather!During our day tour on 9/22/24, it was raining heavily in Jeju- so if you have a choice- make sure do the tour when there is no rain. otherwise, you wont really see the views you want to see. We didnt have a choice due to limited time in Jeju. You need to bring own umbrella and rain coats but due to the wind, umbrellas will get destroyed! Tour guide- Jessica is enthusiastic, shared lots of info about Jeju which made the bus ride interesting. She always had a smile on her face, I felt like she really loved her job. She is great with time management so be punctual, this is good bec everybody is back in the bus on the designated time. Itinerary- was followed good. Dont expect to see the women divers though, if you are at the area where they do their performance but its not time for them, then you wont see them. It was not part of the tour we had. But also it was raining so even if we were there at 2 pm, we wont see the women divers. Lunch- Jessica was like a very caring mom, gave her recommendations what is good to eat, helped everyone in our group, which is a plus. Overall, its not the tours fault that it rained on us so I would still give them a good rating. We arrived at drop off point on time too around 530 pm.

Pick up/drop off-very easy, detailed,on time. Tour guide- Daicy, simple young lady with ample detailed info about Jeju and the places we were visiting. She spoke excellent English, easy to understand, her facts and infos are interesting. She joined us walking to some areas of the places we went to. Gave good info about lunch places to try. Very humble and sincere when she presents herself. She is an amazing tour guide! Itinerary- followed well, great things to see and experience Jeju. Value for money- saves you time and energy when visiting Jeju. We had a minor incident with our bus about an hour into the tour- smelled smoke and we noticed smoke coming near the door- apparently it was due to frequent braking while going down the mountain roads, which apparently happens often- but was a bit scary. If you have limited time in Jeju, This is a great tour overall!

This was our second excursion to Jeju with the best tour guide ever, Elin. From start to finish, everything was organized perfectly. Elin not only showed us the sights but also told us a lot of useful and interesting information about Jeju and its inhabitants, inserted funny and appropriate remarks, handed out gifts and korean snacks. On a rainy and windy day she managed to make it bright and memorable, and on a sunny day - simply dazzling. 10💥

We had a great time on the tour and our guide did a great job. It was very hot on the day we went so the mountain was a killer but worth it for the view.
