The room is quite big, facing the sunway lagoon, and the location is good. You have to walk far to get to the breakfast restaurant, but the variety is delicious. In addition, there is a shopping mall downstairs with many restaurant options.

The service and the accomodities are great, and accessible to the mall and theme park.

We had a really pleasant stay. Check-in was really smooth, we did arrive early at 12pm but got the room key by 1pm. Super convenient access to Sunway Pyramid mall. A lot of variety for breakfast although restaurant is at another hotel so a bit of a walk and not very wheelchair/stroller friendly.

The photos are a bit different from the actual room... I won’t stay here again next time! Although the staff is enthusiastic! The room looks unclean...the sheets are dirty

It was a great experience staying at Sunway Pyramid hotel! The location is very convenient as it is directly next to the Sunway Pyramid mall. The service was great as well. The only downside would be that the AC was too cold. Overall, will come back here again!
