This museum is at the top of my must-visit list in New York City. It is vast, with countless details that tell the heartbreaking story of what happened over 20 years ago. Walking through the exhibits, you truly feel the weight of the tragedy—the human stories, the courage, and the profound loss. It's a deeply moving experience that brings a sense of reflection and empathy. Visiting the 9/11 Memorial Museum is essential for anyone coming to New York. It’s not just a place to learn about history but a place to remember, pay tribute, and gain a deeper understanding of how the world changed on that day. The museum is a testament to resilience, a somber yet hopeful reminder of our collective strength and unity.

The tour itself is short, so for those who are planning to go elsewhere, the plan to see the Statue of Liberty up close in 50 minutes and pass under the Brooklyn Bridge is very good. The ferry itself is not big and it sways a lot, so I got a little seasick, but the view was amazing.

It's a great journey. It's very clear and you don't need any paper tickets at all. Just arrive at the designated time.

Great experience and a fit for those with limited time in the city but want to see the Statue of Liberty. The Pier was easy to find from the subway. One downside was only that we weren't sure if the Klook tickets needed to be exchanged and the offices open at the first departure at 10am so we were a bit further back in the line. Good news, your klook vouchers are your tickets to the ferry so you can just walk straight to the boarding area and present it to the staff. Tour guide was also great and they gave us enough time to take photos from the boat.

What I bought this time was a package ticket for any five attractions. The QR code will be provided directly after purchase. It is convenient, simple, quick to exchange, has many discounts, and you can reserve activities in advance. It is worth recommending.
