It was a great trip and we were very satisfied with every aspect. Because we arranged the trip temporarily, the customer service was very enthusiastic to help us connect with the house. They were also responsive during the trip and actively helped us solve emergencies. I would also like to thank our driver and guide Sister Qiao for her thoughtful service throughout the trip. Ningxia is great and I will come again next time.

Good trip, early in the morning(5am) we were pick to the meeting point, bus already there, 4 hours journey....The travel guide was so helpful even we can't speak Chinese and He can speak English. Overall was so Fun, The area was half full with snow. We can play snow by ourselves, no skiing, limited options of 'play ground'. Weather was soo cool so wear your thermal clothes and proper shoes, do anything possible to keep your body warm. Buying the oxygen is recommended (We didn't buy yet survived-but very tired). Toilet was easy to spot and have many. Tips for Muslim travellers there have no area to pray you better go till up and pray on snow that better cause nobody would really pay attention to your.

We had an incredible experience visiting the Mutianyu Great Wall with Mubus, and our guide, Mike, made it truly exceptional! From the moment we met, he was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Mike provided clear instructions, interesting historical insights, and excellent tips on the best ways to explore the Wall. He also guided us on the best transportation options, like the cable car and toboggan ride, making sure we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. His sense of humor and warm personality made the entire trip even more fun! Beyond the Great Wall, Mike was also incredibly helpful when I asked about shopping areas in Beijing. His local knowledge and willingness to assist with extra travel tips really went above and beyond. 👍

guide contacted the night before to provide the pickup details. our pick up was at 7+ so we reached early enough to avoid the huge crowd that was forming by the time we are done. As we had visit simatai great world prior to this, we didn’t pay additional cable cars to get to higher towers. lunch provided was sufficient and not nothing to pick on. for 3 of us, we had 3 dishes to share.

Great Experience for us from Singapore as this is a first time we took a caravan trip. our driver Mr Li service is wonderful, having 10years of experience driving and as a local. he showed us many beautiful place in Qinghai and Gangsu. we truly enjoy the ride and the beautiful sceneries. the Van is well kept and had Hot water and fridge. we can choose to stay in local hotel from place to place. It is a good itinerary and our Driver Mr Li has added value which enhances our experience

Very nice trip. Easy walking up to the hill. Not as hard as described by people. Worth the walk! The Leshan Buddha is magnificent! My tour guide 小夏， 小许 very knowledge and care about everyone in the group.The drivers are also very patient!

The whole family is used to traveling freely. We originally booked the recommended route of the travel agency with a try-and-see attitude, but the service quality was beyond our imagination. Thank you to the driver/tour guide Master Liu for the nanny-level caring service throughout the trip! The itinerary is flexible and reasonable, and everything is from the perspective of tourists, allowing us to fully enjoy the fun of traveling. Due to flight reasons, we arrived one night earlier than the original package. After communicating with the travel agency, we added one night in the hotel. In Yinchuan, we visited the Ningxia Museum, which is only a walking distance from the hotel, to lay a theoretical foundation for the next trip. Later, when we encountered a strong wind, when we learned that most of the Shapotou attractions were suspended, Master Liu decisively decided to adjust the itinerary and took us to Highway 66 to complete the photo-taking and check-in before the peak of traffic jams. The next day, under the guidance of Master Liu's "internal strategy", we perfectly experienced the Shapotou style. The Star Hotel and the Anmo Hotel also have their own characteristics. Not to mention the beautiful scenery and comfortable environment, I strongly recommend the buffet dinner at the Star Hotel and the wine tasting package at the Anmo Hotel. Especially on the last night, we caught up with the Perseid meteor shower and the hotel also arranged a stargazing activity, which left us with everlasting memories. Thanks again to Master Liu and Zongheng Travel Agency for making our first trip to Ningxia exciting and satisfying. We fully experienced the charming style of Saishang Jiangnan. See you next time!
