Just get the general entry tickets which gets you in at anytime. Went at around 6.30 pm which is just nice if you want to catch the sunset during summer. Not crowded at all on a Wednesday.

Instructions were clear and pickup at Furama Darling Harbour was easy to find. Our guide was Stephen and driver was Tom. Both were great with Stephen entertaining everyone on the bus with likely commentary and little tidbits of info about all the places on the itinerary. Pace was okay but might be a little rush if you have seniors in your group. Otherwise, hassle free day tour with everything taken care of.

it was a good experience, on a good clear day you can see very far sight of Sydney, the entry was smooth, go just before the evening and you will avoid the rush. the entry is from inside a mall so don’t get confused and ask someone instead of just finding it mindlessly.
