Things to do in Forbidden City

We had signed up for the English tour package and Sophie was a wonderful guide. We learnt so much about the rich history of the place. Sophie paced the tour well, providing sufficient breaks for this 4-hour tour. It was unfortunate that some areas were restricted due to strong winds that day. She did her best by showing us photos. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Andy was our guide for a 1 day tour to Panda Zoo, Summer Palace & Temple of Heaven. He is a very experienced, professional and knowledgeable guide. He is someone who is willing to go the extra mile. Highly proficient in both spoken English & Chinese languages, he is able to narrate the historical events in a very interactive manner, which is easy to understand and capture everyone's attention. He is also very attentive especially to the children's needs and is able to react to different situations well. Knowing that we are travelling with children, he has prepared some snacks for them while on the road. This came in handy. During the trip, he had recommended the acrobat show and our children enjoyed it very much. If you would like to experience five star VIP standards, I would highly recommend to engage Andy for the private tour. Furthermore, there is also another designated driver for the tour. Hence, the entire experience was seamless. Definitely worth your money to pay abit more. Would definitely refer him to family and friends if they are visiting Beijing.

Tian Wei was very helpful and knowledgeable. Spacious, luxurious car. Safe driving and easy communication via a translation device. He offered suggestions for our itinerary and was pleasant throughout. He even helped us with a booking for dinner that evening.

Ranee was a passionate and helpful guide. She is very professional and well versed/ passionate in Beijing history. She also adjusted her explanation to simpler Chinese terms for my 13years old who is traveling with us. Driver Zhang is also friendly and polite. we had a great day out with them. highly recommended
