We booked a trip to south of Phu Quoc and drive up to airport. The service provider was Blue Pearl Isle Transportation. They did not contact me until the very late night before the trip. The agent sent me email on driver information at 10:58pm the night before the trip. The driver is good that he arrived at our hotel earlier than the booking time. I thought the driver would recommend some sight seeing spots to us but he did not. He cannot speak English. He did not even open enough seats for all 5 of us. We need to Google translate to him to ask him to open the seats. The good point is that he did not recommend us anything so he would not sell us anything. The agent speaks English so we contacted the agent via WhatsApp and she recommended some sightseeing spots to us. We went to Coconut Prison, Ho Quoc Pagoda, Chezdugong (Sao beach) for lunch. The agent suggested
sanato as well but it is also a beach so we skipped it and went to airport earlier.

As soon as we got off the bus, the staff greeted us at the door with a friendly smile, guided us all the way to change into swimsuits (they provided paper underwear), took us to the spa pool, and then provided welcome juice. Next to the spa pool is a mud bath , while we were soaking in the spa pool, they put the water in the mud bath. The whole process was not rushed, making us very relaxed and comfortable. The water in the mud bath was very warm, and the children could not stand it after about 20 minutes. There were staff Asked them if they wanted to go to the swimming pool and provided swimming rings. There are staff taking care of every place, and it is very spacious and not crowded. We came at 9 o'clock in the morning, and there were not even a group of guests. Next time I have a chance to come to Phu Quoc Island, I will definitely take a mud bath again!

Nice relaxing tour, definitely recommend. Only complaint would be the number of stops back to our accommodation at the end of the day took what felt like forever, not back until after 7pm not 5pm as per itinerary. Tour itself was great 👍

The flexibility of the itinerary made the journey much more comfortable. Even if the driver didn't understand the language, he worked hard to communicate through a translator. He was very nice and neatly dressed in a suit. I felt very reliable!

The mud bath and pool plan was about 2200 yen per person with a sale discount. The mud was finer and smoother than the mud hot springs I went to in Taiwan. Although it was a course without massage, massaging each other in the mud bath was very effective.
