Nice santuary. Koala encounter is more expensive than most zoos and sanctuaries, but they really look after the animals here. Koalas are relaxed and they get to choose whether they want to come out and meet ppl for photos or not. so I feel good knowing my money goes somewhere that actually care about animals' wellbeing. staff are also very passionate about the animals they care.

the hotspring is newly open, very nice and clean. The food is good as well, such a relaxing day.

Really great experience to see all Aussie specialities like koala, kangaroos and wombats! We enjoyed our time and great time spent. Highly recommend!

Booking with klook is the best part, Just scan and enter into the attraction and skip the long standing queue which saved a lot of time and money as I got best price compared to another vouchers.

able to feed kangeroos and wallabies for $3. other experiences requires additional costs. pretty chill

Cheaper than the official website. You can buy it on klook on the same day and can use it immediately. However, the cost of taking photos with the koalas is more expensive and you have to buy extra at the ticket office.
