I booked the Silver Pass on Klook, arrived early on the day of use, paid an additional fee, and changed to the Gold Pass. It was the rainy season, so it was quiet and I enjoyed it, and the food was delicious. So, even though I paid the additional fee, I had a very enjoyable day.

Bawa was our tour guide was very knowledgeable and good at explaining Balinese cultures and traditions. we had fun touring with him. Wouuld recommend him as a tour guide to friends. Plus he was a good photographer.

Clean and well organized place! zipline and skybike experiences were a bit short in terms of duration, but you get picturesque views :)
