Although the traffic jam during the Chinese New Year had caused the cancellation of the Batu Caves attraction, the driver worked hard to ensure the trip went smoothly. The itinerary for the elephant conservation center and to see the silver leaf monkeys was explained in detail by the local guide (the guides were all Indian, so you had to listen more carefully to their English accents). The food in the seafood restaurant was also good, very rich and not too bad.

The children were very happy to get close to the elephants, and the park environment was very clean. The fireflies were even more surprising, there were so many of them, it was a pity it was drizzling, otherwise it would have been even more spectacular. Dinner was also delicious.

Our tour guide named Nity was amazing! She reached out to us via Whatsapp, the night before the scheduled tour to confirm pick up time & place. She arrived at the pick up point on-time. She's friendly, very lively, and made the trip memorable. She explains everything well, from history to current trends. She accommodated us well when we asked her to tweak our schedule a bit. She was even kind enough to let us stop over a local store to buy local products, even if it was not in the itinerary (but was on the way home). Also, she takes nice pictures. Definitely a must book!

It was amazing! I didn't expect it to be so beautiful and interesting. I especially enjoyed feeding and petting the elephants. I would like to say a special thank you to our guide, Mathan. He answered all our questions and told us everything about the country.

The tour guide Christina was very nice. She informed us of the time via WhatsApp the day before. The conservation center had a professional tour guide to take us to feed the elephants and baby elephants. The deer in the deer park were very cute. After the tour, the tour guide took us directly to the TRX shopping mall, which is highly recommended.

Very nice and interactive elephant sanctuary. Our guide was very nice, professional and kind. Side note: don't book on a Friday because the deerland farm closes on Fridays.

The driver arrived at the pick-up point 15 minutes early. He was very hospitable and introduced us to the durians we were eating locally. He could also change the return location on the fly.
