The environment is great, close to outlets, breakfast can be Japanese style or buffet, there are hot springs, shuttle, and close to the ski resort!

Booking a private transfer from Tokyo to DisneySea was totally worth it! After spending the previous day at Disneyland, this transfer made our trip to DisneySea the next day so much easier. It saved us time and hassle, allowing us to arrive early at 7 AM and be among the first in line. Thanks to the early arrival, we got to experience amazing attractions, including Elsa and Anna in Fantasy Springs (though it was quite late at almost 6 PM). Next time, we’re aiming for a 6 AM arrival to maximize the day! Highly recommend this service for a stress-free start to a magical day!

I stay at 30km away from Disneyland, so we booked the returns transportation to Disneyland and driver is on time and drive safely.

We had a wonderful night here. The room is very large, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable so you can have a good night's sleep. The hotel is very large, with hot springs for bathing, outlets for shopping, and a short distance from Karuizawa. The station is also very close and there is a ski resort, making it a great place for vacation.

Disneysea to Asakusa is around 45mins. Worth the transfer as you are very tired after disneysea activity.

Take the elevator at Karuizawa Station and you'll find the hotel just before the bus stop. It's very close. You have to take the elevator and get down to get closer. On the other side of the station is an outlet with many food markets. From the bus stop, you can take a bus to Shiraito Waterfall and old Karuizawa, as well as other places.
