The hotel is in a very strategic location, clean, and equipped with complete toiletries. However, like most hotels in Tokyo, the room is quite small and lacks a safety box. This might be inconvenient for those with large suitcases or laptops. Overall, I would return to this hotel.

If you go to Shinjuku, this is a place with a great price-to-performance ratio. For a Japanese hotel, the interior is spacious, so it was great to put away my suitcase. There is a Lawson right on the first floor, which is convenient, but the neighborhood itself is so outdated that it's not my style. Parking is available, but you have to go to a nearby parking lot and get a coupon.

This hotel was nice. It is bigger than most hotels. Location is good. Train station is a little far than others but manageable. Will definitely come back.

I Highly Recommend Kuyakusho Mae capsule hotel to all tourist since it is affordable and near the Jr Line trail rail station, everything is near in this area. Kuyakusho at 3rd flr receiving area has public bath for men locker rooms, dressing room station. 4th flr is where all are held to stay for a rest also has washing machine and storage for luggages, vendung machines, 6th flr is for Men capsule. up to 8th floor for women

The hotel is just across the Hanzamon line and there are convenient stores across. The room is clean and they even provide pajamas. we have stayed in other hotel monterey hotels and it was always a good experience. The only thing I noticed is that there is no couches/ sofas in lobby where you can stay or sit while waiting for your ride or your companions.

the facilities were clean and decent. it’s a good location and place to stay short term but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a night probably. I’d stay again if I had to but would prefer somewhere a little more updated.
