The hotel environment and services are very good! Although the location is not in the city center, it is very convenient to use Grab to get in and out, and the fare is not very expensive! Highly recommended!

staff were nice and accomodating! although on our 3rd day, brown water was coming out from the fauctes even though they provided us to switch rooms:(. hopefully they fix this and wont happen again.

Interesting Architecture!!! Clean environment and a superb view of the Palace & KL city. Breakfast included is in a cafe at the bottom of the Guest building. Just one thing to complain is the air-cond in one of the rooms smelled stuffy. Overall, love the cozy vibe. **Note to guest : You will get a card upon entry to the car park area. If you are a guest, you’ll have to validate the card at the reception to waive your parking. Unless, you come by Grab, you will have to take a loop around the building and just shoot the card back to the machine at the exit without validating the card and no charges will be applied. This happened due to the one-way Circulation of the building. anyway, if you struggle with something. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommending this place.

Such a pleasant stay i must say. Recommended to those who wants to have short staycation with lil family. Oh if bigger family can choose another option for the bigger room. My husband and I really satisfied with their pools and other facilities. Only a bit confuse to access facilities on other building. Other than that, there is nothing to complain. The staff also helpful and the view from our room is so beautiful. Surely we will repeat🥰

Nice and cozy apartment hotel. Looks luxury and complete with all the amneties. Easy check in process. They have their own standby maintenance team in case got breakdown in the room such as Aircond, heater etc

Generally no complain. Except that the housekeeping can be done before we come back in the evening.
