The transportation is convenient, the airport skyline goes directly to Ueno Station, and you can reach it within 5 minutes' walk after exiting the station. On the left side of the hotel entrance is the Ginza Line and Hibiya Line subway station entrance. Taking the subway to the city is super fast!

overall satisfied on our second stay here. our room is located with great wifi signal. staffs are friendly and polite. spacious as well. will definitely be back

The room is spacious. nice view from the room. The location is excellent. near to subway and JR station. lots of food around that area.

I am more than satisfied with my stay at Candeo Ueno. It is very spacious I can spread all my 2 suitcases in the floor widely and still walk over them. Also the heater is Superb as you can control them within your room (not hotel centralized). Very important during winter season.

It's about 10 minutes from Akihabara. It's clean and convenient to use. Check-in is done through a machine. Korean is also supported. Scan your passport and you'll get a bank key. Please note that there's a city tax of 200 yen. Check-out is done by simply inserting your card into the check-in machine.
