Outstanding work by Mr. Ken! He provided us with detailed and fascinating insights about 清境农场 and 日月潭. Unlike other tour guides I’ve had before, he took us to his secret spots, which made the trip even more memorable. His recommendation of 瓮仔鸡 was exceptional—it was one of the best roasted chickens I’ve ever had, served at a top-notch restaurant.

Our guide, Ken, is very helpful and caring. The overall experience is very hassle free, the team will arrange everything nicely for us to experience. Strongly recommend anyone that are willing to visit this place!!!

If you go to the Formosan Nationality during the holidays, you don’t have to queue up at the counter to buy tickets. You only need to go to the self-service ticket machine on the left side of the counter to scan the QR code, take the paper spit out from the ticket machine, go to the entrance channel, scan the code on the paper, and enter directly. It is very convenient. ~Does not include parking fees

Lovely & relaxing day trip to 2 locations which you don't want to miss. Our friendly driver, Mr Ken texted us the day before to introduce himself, making sure that we are well prepared for the trip. During the trip, he was very informative by providing us with history of the area, what to look out for. He also help us to take lot of photos leaving us with great memories of the trip. I recommend that if you are too lazy to schedule your itinerary, you can find their itinerary and follow along ~ I hope I have the opportunity to bring foreign friends to experience it together next time. As a local Taiwanese, it’s fun to play with people from all over the world🤣

This is the 2nd time I have been to sun moon lake but this time is a different experience for me! Tour guide Roy has been introducing the place with great knowledge and we now know alot more abt the deep cultures. He is friendly and easy to talk to being attentive on our needs! 👍 Cingjing Farm is a great place for families n friends to mingle with the adorable sheeps. it's a very memorable experience feeding the sheeps and great horse riding stunts by the Mongolian performers! The scenic views at the skywalk are also amazingly beautiful!

The transportation itself is quite good since it will pick you from Taipei and take you directly to the lake. the bad thing is that since you arrive 3 hours later, the tour guide tries to cram as many attractions as possible leaving little time to appreciate each place. overall, very nice tour if you are in a tight schedule but if there is more time in your trip definitely worth making it on your own.
