Sun Moon Lake tours

Kent is a great tour guide. He is bilingual, both English & Mandarin. He gives us a good details of the itinerary for the day. On top of it he helps us take photos & give us a good history, geographical, where to eat, shop & chill in Taiwan. Thus, he is a good guide.

a fun day trip to cingjing and sunmoon lake, we had plenty of time to see the sheep, and the skywalk, and the ferry ride, it doesnt feel rushed, our driver and guide Ken also very nice and accomodating, help us to take pictures.. overall its a very pleasant trip with our driver/guide Ken

Such a wonderful day trip to the beautiful Sun Moon Lake. The bus ride was comfortable and a fairly shorter trip of 1.5hrs. I’ve found the itinerary a little rushed, the rope cable car can be a miss because we felt like this was rushed and not so interesting. The boat ride is also refreshing but only translated in Chinese. Lunch was super delicious and filling! The Wenwu temple was so beautiful with detailed architecture and the view of Sun Moon Lake was so stunning! The bike ride was the highlight and I wish we could’ve done this activity longer because we needed the rest and take nice photo points. The tour guide, James, was absolutely amazing with translating 3 languages. Very friendly, kind and helpful!

I will recommend this tour , if you like to see the nature, sea , hike and cycling. Morning at Sun Moon Lake , around 2 hrs cycling around the lake after lunch. Wenwu Temple next and end the trip with beautiful Sunset at Gaomei. Take note boat ticket and bicycle rental not included. The transport is luxury 8 seated and very comfortable, driver is friendly too !

our guide, Ah Ling brought us around the sun moon lake and describe to us the history of the place and how it was developed over time. Sun moon lake is truly a nice and relaxing place to go and i will go back there again.

Overall a smooth experience. easy and cost effective way to travel to cultural village (especially for 2 pax). The guide is helpful and fluent in English and Chinese. The village is huge and crowded. many rides to play and a few cherry blossoms left.

Our guide Nicholas is absolutely amazing. No awkward silences no dull moments. Very knowledgeable. He was able to provide such a chill tour that doesn't drain you. Highly recommend.

The tour guide is very active in listening to everyone's opinions, but it would be better if they could know more about the time required for each attraction (for example, the Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village is suitable for half a day or more before you have enough time to enter). Due to limited time, improper choices may cause the trip to be a little rushed.
