overall it was a great experience thanks to klook’s planning and coordination. i most enjoyed the crystal beach at the end of the tour and the speed boat. i do wish they would have allowed us on the snorkelling the trip in the beginning. it seems we were late by a few minutes and the boat had to leave.

I got a free admission ticket from Klook's lottery campaign. Unfortunately, I couldn't go to Bali until September, so I couldn't go, but I was able to use the free eSIM! Thank you. I'll go there next time!

I went to three spas in Bali, but this was the cleanest! They don't speak Japanese, but the therapists are kind so I feel at ease. The reception, rooms (private rooms) and restrooms are very clean. My husband and I had a 120-minute hot stone massage, which was very comfortable. At the end, you can take a shower in your room. There are lockers with locks in the rooms, so security is also good. When I made the reservation, booking through Klook was cheaper than booking directly. Since it included a one-way transfer, they took me back to Ayana Segara. I had a lot of luggage, but it was fine because they took me back in a minibus. I would like to use it again! I will definitely return!!! Thank you

I went to Bali in October. I got a free ticket, but it was only valid until September, so I couldn't go. It was a shame. But I was lucky because I could use my eSIM! I'd like to go there next time I go to Bali. Looking forward to it!
