What a great experience! So convenient because everything was arranged for us, itinerary was clear and comfortable enough for seniors travelling. Ken, our tour guide, made the experience more memorable. He was very knowledgable and accommodating. He did everything to make us feel comfortable throughout the trip. really good for value package which include transport accoms and few activities. pickup drop off at train station to harbour was a kind gesture, then pickup our luggage from harbour to accommodation on the island. would have been great to have a 4D3N option if you love sea activities and exploring

Our Guide, Woody, is very friendly and helpful at the same time. He showed us the best of Alishan and even took us to the best restaurant. He took good care of us from start to finish. We super appreciate how careful he was when driving. If you have an upcoming trip to Alishan, ask for Woody. He took great pics as well and knows the best spots for pics ❤️

Our tour guide, Sophie was very organized and knowledgeable with the whole tour. The whole experience became a lot more convenient and fun. Saving us a lot of energy and time to do more stuff by the time they dropped us off near our hotel. I highly recommend booking this tour.

it was a great tour of Sun Moon Lake. The table service lunch was excellent. The bike ride around the lake was fun. James, our guide, took us to all the places for snacks and samples. Very educational tour of Wenwu Temple too. Highly recommended for tour from Taichung.

Our day tour to Yehliu Geopark, Jiufen, Shifen, and the Golden Waterfall was an amazing experience, thanks to our tour guide Kelly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and stories about each destination while keeping the tour fun and engaging. Kelly was also very attentive, ensuring everyone in the group was comfortable and had enough time to explore and take photos. Her friendly and warm personality made the entire trip even more enjoyable – we couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

Great experience, excellent customer service and driver. You might want to opt out the train ride. we preferred just taking the bus for more comfort and privacy. The rooms were okay. Decent sleep and comfort but very old and outdated. it was clean though. BRING RAINCOAT OR UNBRELLAS. If you buy there it is very expensive. the trails are very well maintained and even though I am not an outdoor person, it was beautiful to hike. Rubbish bins are hard to find so bring your own trashbags and prevent littering. Highly recommended.
