The bus picked up and arrived on time. The trip to the Garden was smooth, thanks to the driver. The guide, Rose, was very fluent in English and has good energy that keeps people listening to her. She shares extra information about Korea and places we passes by, a plus point to understand Korea's culture and history. The place itself, was a hike, so prepare yourselves for that, wear comfortable clothes and energy to finish the course. Monorails are subject to availability, It is a first come first serve. Monorail 1 to 2 was already sold out when we arrived at 11 am, but monorail 2 to 3 was still available hence we were able to experience it. We saw cherry blossoms during our visit, but it was not the full bloom yet.

It was a good day trip outside ; the place itself unfortunately was still dry wintry . Only the pine garden and mini aquaria. Now, the guide was fabulous informative and warm and funny ! That made up !

Zero is a honest, friendly and humorous guide. Hwadamsup would be beautiful in spring and autumn, however we were a little early and the trees were still bare on the date of our visit. Monorail tickets can be purchased in the garden. It was 7,000 per adult from Station 1 to 3.
