Kampong Phluk Floating Village tours

Such unique experience! I felt myself like in a movie! It was the best excursion I ever had! Village is very interesting, children are so friendly! Also we did not have cash at all, but Visa/Mastercard are accepting here!

I made a reservation in a hurry the evening before the tour, but there was no place to input the pickup location, so I thought they would contact me early the next day... but since I didn't get a call in the morning, I called the company. The staff member spoke a little Korean, which was surprising. Haha. They wanted to pick me up in front of a restaurant, not a hotel, so after confirming, I went out on time, but they came 30 minutes late. I was worried about when they would come or if they missed me, but I still got on. Honestly, I was annoyed. The floating village tour is a short course, and it's their home, so I felt bad but also amazed about just looking at it. If you pay an additional 6 dollars, you can take a small boat into a place like a forest, which was so amazing and had a dreamlike feeling. Even the group that didn't take pictures were taking pictures like crazy here. It was so awesome!!!

A good adventure for all especially the children to see how people live on water. And to educate them how pollution and global warming affects their livelihood.

There are not enough words to describe Uncle Sam(Its just Sam but we connected and grew in the 8 hours woth him). Having guided these tours for the past 17years, Sam is truly knowledgeable and well versed when it comes to his country; his people! as we traveresd through the day, he filled my mind and imagination with so many facts and details! Miss Angkor Wat and the other 3 temples we visited already!

Sam is very informative for our full day tour. Extra service like cold towel and cold bottle drinks were given after few stops Maybe longer time should be given at the bigger waterfall as we have climbed all the way down and only have time for picnic lunch but not really have enough to enjoy the waterfall. Definitely, I will recommend to our friends to this tour when they go Siem Reap for holiday

I quite enjoyed this tour. It was amazing to get to some nature spots of Cambodia. The tour guide Mr Raman and the driver Mr Tha did a great job of taking care of us during the trip. Mr Raman shared interesting facts and stories about Cambodia and the places we visited. The picnic was nice. The waterfall is beautiful, and the floating village is interesting even though the level of water is quite low atm. I highly recommend this tour as a chance to learn something new about the nature of Cambodia.

We took this tour as we had one extra day left on the pass and also since we had done Angkor, Beng Mealea and Koh Ker already. initially we thought of having a rest day but thankfully we didn't and went for the tour. The tuk tuk arrived before time so we could set off at 7.45am when the sun wasn't too hot. A beautiful 20 min later we arrived at Preah Ko a beautiful temple built in the 9th century, way way before Angkor, being the oldest in Cambodia. Untouched by any invasion, the only damages seen were mostly caused due to nature and weather over the centuries. Bakong was a glorious one with beautiful views from the top. Loei was the last one with intact Apsara reliefs and engraving. The Loei monastery also was beautiful. The driver was a sweet chap and offered us with cold water after every temple. we wrapped up our tour by 10am and didn't wish to travel elsewhere so headed back. on the way he was kind enough to take us to a mobile shop as I needed a new screen guard. Overall a good way to wrap up your Siem Reap visit after you have done your other tours. Easy, relaxing and beautiful.
