Kampong Phluk Floating Village tours

We were lucky to have Touch Chanty as our guide was such amazing guy! Caring to all the group members and took great photos and timely sharing with us. He also helped to take care of my youngest son to get the best experience. He explained everything clearly and made the tour so wonderful to enjoy!

I really enjoyed joining this tour and experiencing the local way of life by visiting the floating village, something we don't usually see in our daily lives. What's more, on the way to the floating village, we stopped by a local market, tasted some fruits, and saw a variety of vegetables, fish, meat, and more. The sunset from the boat on the vast lake was stunning. Our tour guide was amazing—very friendly and full of great information. I highly recommend this tour. If you're traveling to Siem Reap, you should definitely join this tour and have fun.

One of the best tours in siem reap where you see beautiful sceneries, learn about the life and story of the village and get to experience a sweet peaceful canoe boat ride, plus a good sunset view if the weather permits. Our guide was David and he’s done excellent job in sharing about the village. He’s very kind, very accommodating and making sure everyone is enjoying the tour.

A good adventure for all especially the children to see how people live on water. And to educate them how pollution and global warming affects their livelihood.

We had an enjoyable day, thanks to our guide Sa. We had a lovely picnic by the waterfall—roasted free range chicken and rice in lotus leaf and fresh fruits…delicious chicken. Sa’s English is the best compared to the other guides we had. He took us to taste local palm cupcake and spring roll snack. The driver also did a great job in driving us around. Very happy with this tour.

We took this tour as we had one extra day left on the pass and also since we had done Angkor, Beng Mealea and Koh Ker already. initially we thought of having a rest day but thankfully we didn't and went for the tour. The tuk tuk arrived before time so we could set off at 7.45am when the sun wasn't too hot. A beautiful 20 min later we arrived at Preah Ko a beautiful temple built in the 9th century, way way before Angkor, being the oldest in Cambodia. Untouched by any invasion, the only damages seen were mostly caused due to nature and weather over the centuries. Bakong was a glorious one with beautiful views from the top. Loei was the last one with intact Apsara reliefs and engraving. The Loei monastery also was beautiful. The driver was a sweet chap and offered us with cold water after every temple. we wrapped up our tour by 10am and didn't wish to travel elsewhere so headed back. on the way he was kind enough to take us to a mobile shop as I needed a new screen guard. Overall a good way to wrap up your Siem Reap visit after you have done your other tours. Easy, relaxing and beautiful.

It was a great experience. The tour guide Thanut explained it in detail. We had dinner at a floating restaurant to watch the sunset with red wine, and then took a jeep back to the hotel. It is highly recommended that besides visiting the temple, you must come here to see the local life on the water.

The tour was amazing. Our English speaking tour guide Pip was very energetic and funny and made the experience memorable. He provided us with many interesting insights about the local food, culture and development of the areas. He also took phenomenal photos and pointed out all the interesting photo opportunities. The market visit was great, he even facilitated a small tasting for us and the subsequent cruise through the floating village was phenomenal. Definitely worth the price!
