Stayed for two nights on 11/20 and 21 and felt very good, especially the service attitude was really great. The service attitude of the male staff who checked in was very reassuring. Rooms are small for the price. Ice and water dispenser at every level. Chill area at the level of the lobby. Toilet sink is too high for small kids. Too bad the pool was close due to the weather. Pool only for adults. Most of the shopping on the other side where mercure hotel is. Line shop below it. Loew hair in same building as well
