Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre tours

It was one of the most beautiful experiences I had in Vietnam! The tour was well-arranged tho we did not get to climb the mountain (my back hurts so bad lol). overall, it was an immersive experience of nature and culture!

Amazing trip managed by Henry and team. Good customer support, informative guide and great itinerary. Compared to other tours of Ninh Binh, this was much more peaceful and less crowded. Thank you team for organizing this!

The tour guide didn’t send me any message the one day before, so I need to check to their office for pick up schedule. But the tour guide is very nice, too hard to mention his name is Doug or Duk, the drive also so kind. The direction is clear.

One day before the trip, the Klook admin will contact the What app to confirm and set a time to pick up at the hotel. In the evening, the guide will contact to confirm again. The next morning, the guide called to say that it would be another 5 minutes before arriving at the lobby. This tour was very well-timed. It started with going to the temple, then took a boat through the cave, and ended with climbing the Dancing Dragon Mountain. We arrived in Hanoi at 6:00 PM. The guide spoke easy-to-understand English. I will use the service again.

I took around 15 different guided klook tours for my Vietnam trip. I went from south to north. n I’ll say this is by far the best tour. guide is kind and helpful. she helps everyone. before leaving each location she makes sure everyone got their pics, if they want some more, she will help. n she explains everything well. n food was really good, home cooked lunch. At train street we can take any drink from the cafe there, and the guide pay for everyone’s drink on her own. loved the trip. loved the guide. 100/100 recommend. the first pic is of the guide on a ladder to help visitors take photos. the last pic is the bus in which we went all locations. only problem was toilets for this tour. no clean toilets in the places you will be visiting. so you have to wait till you get to the lunch at local home to go use their restroom.

Ninh Binh Tour was great and hassle free. Our guide Linh was very clear in his instructions and gave a lot of background on the area and attractions. Linh messaged the day before on the pick up timing which was on time at around 7:15am and drop off was around 7:30pm. Just note that Mua Cave peak is very crowded as all tour groups are going at the same time, but it's not the fault of the tour operator. Overall would highly recommend this tour if going Ninh Binh!

This was such a memorable and significant trip those with little time to explore need to do. Anh, our very energetic, positive, and knowledgeable guide deserves all the credit. If not for the overly-entitled couple in our group, this would have been a chill tour. I hope that experience didn't dampen Anh's spirit. Note to travellers, you are on vacation, take a chill pill. Nevertheless, this was such a memorable experience.
