The overall itenary was well articulated, everything was spot on and on time and we had enough free time to explore the place on our own. Guide, driver and hotel staff were so kind and polite, we loved the experience.

Our tour guide Chai is very friendly and takes good photo of us. Sapa scenery is beautiful and Fansipan Legend is an eye opener! Lots of walking to do.

A good itinerary, the arrangement process is very cultural experience. Although we were handed over to different service staff along the way, they were all handled and arranged patiently. The service staff also explained all the processes in detail, and there was no problem communicating in English. A very recommended itinerary.

they will promptly WhatsApp you to arrange transfer pick up and timing information. the only gripe is as it was a shared transfer the people before us were late and we had to wait! other than that all the arrangements were top notch and the transfer was comfortable with stop breaks for snacks and toilets! Fansipan was beautiful must make it up there!

Was contemplating if I should self-plan my trip to Sapa or just take this tour to save the troubles and I have no regrets I done the latter. Everything was well-planned by the team that is based in Unique Sapa Hostel. All activities are in half-day block and there is flexibility for you to choose to go or not go and which activity you want to do first. Eg. we choose not to go to Ham Rong mountian and went to the Alpine Coaster instead which was more fun. We choose the 5-star hotel stay and no regrets too. We stayed at KK sapa which offer great views and the room was very clean and comfy. The team will fetch you to and from the hotel to the main gathering point at Unique Sapa everyday. Do note that all the lunch and dinner are included and they are all at Unique Sapa which means you have less flexibility to choose to eat somewhere else. But they do switch up the menu everytime so no issues. Overall, super value for money tour, love it.

It was a great tour with lots of scenic spots and many places to take pictures. They give you a good amount of free time and breaks between spots. The highlight was Fansipan, the views were breath taking. The only downside is that there is a LOT of walking up and down steep hills and many steps. I'm a runner but even i was knocked out at the end of each day. Also, all meals are at the same restaurant. You definitely need a light rainjacket as it gets cooler at night and non-slip shoes as it can get slippery.

Booking a private car for 1 day in Sapa for 8 hours. Our driver, Mr. Thanh was very accommodating and helped us plan our trip during a raining day. He even help us to take photos. Communicated through a translator app but it was no issue.
