our room was ready and staff allowed us for early check in by abt 1230pm. Hotel is very new abt 1 yr old and room was spacious and clean. room has king bed, sofa and tv which can share screen. swimming pool water was cold could also improve on the jacuzzi blasters. breakfast spread has alot of variety and even has candy station for kids. since it's connected to paradigm mall at level G opp Coldstone, you don't need room svc. doors closes by 10pm after which you can use the exit at Uniqlo. no room svc but you cn to go to level 7 to order and they will pack for you. can also buy food from mall which has so many variety. they also provided luggage storage as we had to check out by 12pm and can do more shopping at the mall.

Very nice place and responsive over messages. They teach you well and advise you based on your chosen design . At the end, They also helped to touch up a bit cause I ran out of time (I chose a difficult design). You can choose to collect after 3 weeks or top up for mailing option for rugs. Would definitely come again!
