The location is very good, the mall is next door, and there is a place for children to play in the water. The only thing is that some of the places for children to play in the water are free, and the other part is charged, but cash is not accepted. The breakfast is also good, and many people choose it.

The stay at KSL was great, good location, big and comfy rooms. Only complain is that the room floor isnt that clean, its quite sticky.

Great spot for a last minute trip out of hometown!Family enjoyed the stay and breakfast.The location near CIQ is also a bonus!

The hotel location is great, walking distance from the Johor Sentral and CIQ. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is great with a lot of variety.
